Ambiguous question without a provided end date to request for prediction. Furthermore the question's author needs to revise the wording and use the words "increase" and "decrease" instead of the poor choice of words in "get less" or "greater." March 12-15 is provided as the general date for the meeting of the NCRC and NOT cited as the end date for this question. Additionally there are several different reporting agencies and organizations (FHA, Realty Trac, etc...) which monitor foreclosures and their effects on the economy.

Well said. This market will be voided as it does not conform to the good question guide.
