The settlement site appears to be substantially at odds with another site:

which tracks search engines. I realize the time frame is slightly different but it seems unlikely that there could have been such a dramatic shift in market share between Google and Yahoo over six months time. There is something dubious about the settlement information. I am not suggesting it is intentional or unintentional or wrong for that matter but it does seem out of whack.

the site shows that thousands of websites refer to the contest. It is all inclusive. I think it is a good question, that seems to be easy to settle when the time comes.

Yahoo is used for more than searching, I think that is why the traffic flow is higher than google, and yet google has bigger part of pie in search engine race.

Well "acidcj" there is no way this question could mean anything other than what it was worded as. This page has a clear link for settlement. If you wagered money and aren't happy that you might lose, you should read the question more throughly before wagering.
