Considering the volume (i.e endless parade) of "Apple Phone" questions, will it be proven some jackass (or person) who is paid to market Apple phones is abusing his Hubdub membership as defined by a majority of respondents on the getsatisfaction forum?

My apologies to the poser of this question if you (he/she) just presented this type of question for the first time and/or you have a non-business interest in Apple phones. If you DO have a financial interest, PLEASE cease and desist! The 'in your face - Apple phones' thing is growing monotonous. OK - I know Apple makes cell phones! Cool - Good for them. Maybe someday I will buy one. Let it go pal - find a different site - keep the change.

Strident? - YES. But thanks to the effective distribution of Guinness in the USA I can move on. Best wishes.

markov, you need a woman I think. :-P

If you don't like that someone posts "iPhone" questions, then just move on and bet on a different question. Who made you the king of hubdub, so as to think, that your opinion about what others choose to post as questions, really has any merit?

I like that people post questions that interest them, also, Apple's iPhone is the hot product out right now. If you happen to own Microsoft's floundering stock, then I could understand your disgruntled attitude, or if you work for Sprint Nextel and you're losing all your customers, hahaha, if these apply to you, then I suggest you do what other smart investors have done, and that INVEST in Apple and ride the iPhone wave.

Until that time, find yourself a girl, take her out to a nice restaurant, try to forget about the iPhone nightmares that keep waking you at night and the guy who asks all the iPhone questions, and just relax, have a soda, watch the moon float by and then come back to hubdub and begin anew.

markov, if the whole hubdub community had to go by your rules, I am afraid that this site would collapse overnight, we do NOT need a dictator nor a sour puss on this site. So play the game, be happy that others find creating questions a joy and also look and see how much H$ is actually bet on Apple or iPhone related questions, and understand that this game doesn't revolve around markov.

Peace and chicken grease,

markov,

If you have an issue with iPhone questions, then you need to go to each question and FLAG it, thus alerting hubdub admins to the question and THEY will determine if the question is out of line with hubdubs original intent.

I do appreciate your vigor, but this site has ways of going about getting bad questions removed and this question of yours I do not think is the right way of going about it, but you are free to post whatever question you desire, but if it gets voided, just understand why.

Alert hubdub and trust them to make the right decision concerning "questionable" questions :-D

peace

My question was poorly worded and out of line and for that I am sorry. The sheer volume of the iPhone questions day after day lead me to believe someone was using the Hubdub site as a promotional tool. I have no problem with anyone asking any question they care to unless they are hammering the site with questions designed to promote their business or cause. That may or may not have been what was occurring. Since the possibility existed that it was not happening I should have just ignored it rather than run the risk of unjustly throwing that thought out into the public domain. Lesson learned.

markov,

I have to ask your your forgiveness man, I totally took it too far in saying what I did, I made it personal and I apologize for that. I am sorry man, I should have kept it to the question at hand, and so I'm guilty of what I accused you of.

Thank you an again, I'm sorry,

lucidstates,

No problem. My jumping to conclusions and over-the-top question got the rebuke they deserved. Sometimes it can get a little too easy for me to forget this is a public forum and, as such, a reasonable level of polite restraint should be exercised. As far as I'm concerned, this was just a reminder. Have a nice day.
