Perhaps you can more narrowly define this for us. I'd love to bet on it as I don't think there will be any serious incidents near the games, but until it is defined I'm afraid it will be voided or worse end up in an agrument with Hubdub staffers over interpretation.
Or could this be "firings of ammunitions". I presume they have progressed beyond "firings of cannons"...
