New members (like me) have no money in their account. I joined yesterday

SETTLEMENT NOTES:
It appears the bug first appeared at about 7pm PST and was finally resolved at 11am PST the next day which is 16 hours. Therefore I have settled as 12 hours as the closest result.
Sorry about that. When it happened we had just gone to the DEMO (www.demo.com) awards dinner and we didn't find out till this morning. We are putting in place a system to catch these bugs more quickly.
