How much will Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull gross its opening weekend?
Film fans at Sunday's Cannes Film Festival were the first to see Steven Spielberg's "Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull." The audience watched adventurer archaeologist Indiana Jones (Harrison Ford) following parchment maps that led to a cave with a long-lost treasure, while battling an evil, power-mad Russian agent (Cate Blanchett) and tossing barbs with his old girlfriend, Marion Ravenwood (Karen Allen).
Ironically, a new documentary called "Bloodline" from filmmakers who have spent years deciphering coded maps found inside buried bottles near an obscure French village called Rennes le Chateau, have also made a startling find in a cave just a few hours drive from Cannes.
Could what they found (the footage above shows a tomb?) be evidence of a Jesus and Mary bloodline and the Holy Grail (as the filmmakers propose)? Or is it merely a hoax more convoluted than the plots of all the "Indiana Jones" films combined?
The only ingredients missing seem to be Indy's bullwhip and felt hat.
Probably the last Indiana Jones movie (at least with Harrison Ford in it) will be released on May 22nd. How many of you saw the 1st one in the theater when it first came out?

Sorry to see you go pisc4d!
What a joke.
There was no mention of US only but all box office questions are settled according to www.imdb.com by default if there is no external settlement source listed.
Gotcha.
This is really biting my goat man! ... Why don't the admins NOT make a statement or a decision UNTIL the creator of the question can TOTALLLLLLY clarify the question to said admins? ... This changing and confusion junk is really getting on my nerves!
ALSO, IT IS NOT LISTED in the Settlement Details that www.IMDB.com is the friggin' Settlement site, so where on earth did that come from to make THAT site the official Settler of this question?
SECONDLY, why is it NOT in the DESCRIPTION whether this question pertains to the US or WORLDWIDE and also WHETHER it is a 4 day or 3 day total?????
My question gets VOIDED by Tisha cause I had a flippin' 5 lines of description text to detail the question QUITE clearly and cause some people were negligent and didn't use their eyes to read I got it VOIDED and then I reposted it virtually unchanged and yet this question stands even though several people have been livid about the unclearness of the description and settlement details and the Admins' changing the rules here and there!!
What A Joke!!!!
"pics4d" I AM SOOOOOOOOOO WITH YOU MAN!!! This changing of rules, randomly enforcing stuff, or just whacky decisions by admins is reallllllly pissing me off!!!
The creator is now the primary source for clarifications requested by users (unless they are basic errors or ambiguities which have to be regulated to be consistent with general Hubdub procedures). Creators will receive an email from me and will have the onus of clarifying, otherwise I will void after a set time period.
@triathematician, sorry I didn't find your post until now. The Box Office weekend period is defined in The Rules, http://www.hubdub.com/public/goodquestion
'"Opening weekend" will run from Friday to Sunday
If the opening weekend for a specified movie falls on a holiday weekend the outcomes for a question regarding opening weekend will be calculated using this extended weekend unless otherwise stated.'
I believe that the weekend of the 22nd is the Memorial Holiday weekend, so it will be 4-day figures.
Finally, I have added text to the background information and settlement details to clarify the ambiguities raised here.

Its says 126 million...
That's for a 4 day weekend: May 23-26 (Thursday was not included)
Epicur is right though that these are just estimates. There usually isn't that large of a difference from actual to reality to push us out of the 110-130 range, but I agree its usually good practice to wait until the actuals come in. If you're holding onto 130+ stock, keep your fingers crossed!
