Hmmm....I doubt the next criminal will be put to death. The next condemned criminal probably didn't commit an offensive that is subject to the death penalty.

condemned...as in condemned to death, not convicted....if i had to go out, i'd be choosing firing squad, surprised it's not used in more states

firing squad and hanging are ruled out because the "condemned one" often does not die quickly. Firing squad is also bad because aside from not dieing quickly the wound may not even be fatal and their are psychological repercussions on the shooters as well. Lethal injection is the most humane form ever IMO and was probably ruled cruel and unusual because the judge believes any death penalty to be cruel and unusual.

im with pics4d. if i had my say, it would be firing squad. to hell with those pulling the trigger, literally. the executioners would be no worse than the criminal they murder on behalf of the state.
