When will the Kyoto Treaty be ratified by the United States?

For our non-American 'Dubbers, the next presidential election will be November '08, but that person won't assume power until 1/09.

No, it was just the way it rounded out after some $ went in.
Once it settles out I'm going to start putting $H in one at a time to try and bring it up to 101 again.

I'd bet 'none of these years' but the question will take too long to settle. A similar treat my be ratified but Kyoto is dead in the U.S. The dramatic increase in consumption and pollution in China and India is pretty much proving the decision not to ratify the treaty was the right choice. The next treaty will need to deal more effectively with emerging economies. Perhaps they won't have to play by the same rules, at first, but we can't just give them carte blanche to do anything they want.
