Background:

Background: Like gas prices, the price of diesel fuel has continued to soar. Currently diesel fuel retails for more than 60¢ a gallon more than regular gas. Nationally we'll be facing some major economic problems just from the passing on of these higher transportation costs. When will we see a chance in this market?

Settlement details:As reported by a major mainstream news source.

I'm assuming you are referring to "Diesel (On-Highway) - All Types" (the main category in the EIA reports ) and not some specialty grades such as "Low Sulfur (Above 15 ppm to 500 ppm)" or "Ultra Low Sulfur (15 ppm and Under)." I just want to make sure to avoid any disputes later on. Thanks.

In addition, I assume this includes tax (since this is the way it is on their website). Thanks again.
