Will Canada's Liberal Party force an election?

The market question is poorly worded. The problem being that when "Liberal Party" is stated it is not clear whether all members of the party must force and election or only some members. I would recommend the market be reposted with a clear description of how settlement will take place.

This is an awkward question. What do you mean by "force an election"? What if only some Liberal MPs vote against a confidence motion that triggers an election?

How can there be no end date? There is nothing in this question that would cause a settlement except for if the liberal party forced an election, which as canadianveggie said, is a vague term
