This question has an erroneous suspend date which should in fact be Dec 31st 2008. However, due to technical problems, we're unable to change it right now. We're hoping to be able to fix it soon, but if not will manually suspend it at the end of this year.

What is your prediction that Hubdub will correct the suspend date before the end of the year? My guess is 60% chance no correction will be made other than manually.

The suspend date is currently fine - we have a 7 day leeway for suspension dates, so if the question suspends on 25 December and is not due to settle until 1 January, that is deemed ok. Indeed, seeing as the market is already at 99%, there is no compelling reason to push forward the trading dates.
