Online polling isn't very accurate regardless, that is why there is usually a disclaimer included with the results that states something to the effect of "this was not a scientifically conducted poll." Many scientifically conducted polls will give one statistic that includes all of those interviewed and one that includes only "likely voters." However, as we've already seen this election cycle, even these polls can be way off the mark. Sometimes journalists don't say which statistic they are using, but good journalists will. I wouldn't ever give a lot of weight to any poll conducted online. The sample will always be scewed.
