Dropping out of the US Democratic primary is vague; I assume what is meant by this is "US Democratic presidential nomination race".

Eh? With this behemoth, "Will Hillary drop out after March 5th?" would suffice...

If she drops out at any point after March 5, does the question pay off? What if it's in August?

The question itself includes 3/5, so that's when it's over.
If she is still running after that, post the question again with an August date-)
I would have bet on this one if I hadn't lost on Mittens..

sorry that doesn't make sense, you are asking if she will pull out *after march5*
so how can it end *on* march 5. I think what you are really asking is will she pull out *by march 5*. Will she pull out sometime before March 5 midnight? Thats not what you said but from your comments and the end date it seems to be what you meant.

I'm so confused as to how people think she would drop out before convention. They're practicaly tied people this is going to convention she will not drop out.

Tied? I must respectfully disagree :)
Obama's been ahead since his gains on Super Tuesday; more votes, more delegates, & more states.
"Right now Obama has won almost 1 million more votes, about 130 more elected delegates, about twice as many states..." http://tinyurl.com/38mfoj
Hillary needs a sweep of her own on March 5, and that's unlikely.
Cheers

Curent delagate count (includes super delagates)
Obama 1262
Clinton 1213
http://www.cnn.com/POLITICS/

Those numbers guarentee that this is going to convention. Neither of them can get the nomination by pledged delagates at this point. By the way, CNN beats Daily Kos as a news source.

I've edited the settlement details to make it clear how this will be settled.
"This will be settled as a no or yes depending on if she drops out before the next Democratic Caucus in Wyoming on the 8th of March."
Does this suit those betting on this market?
