Background: They have voided a similar question in the last few days for not having a "no independence declaration" option. Now, they have also voided the same question with explicit instructions regarding this scenario in the settlement details without providing a valid explanation. Will the question linked to above also be voided without valid reasoning?

"without a valid reason"??? How about the fact that there is an assumption and no option to settle the question in the event that the assumption is wrong!!!!!!!! It should be voided on that, alone.

theonecalledmichael, the assumption is part of the question. having a "no independence declared" option wouldnt make sense in the context of the question. furthermore, if u check the settlement details (posted in the background info area), instructions have been left for exactly what to do, should Kosovo remain a part of Serbia for the remainder of this February. if u dont like the question, then u should pass on it. but thats a long way from declaring it void.

It means that :
1. If Kosovo declares its independence, the question won't be voided(duh!)
2. If it doesn't, there is a valid reason (Kosovo hasn't declared its independence)

Therefore, no matter what, the answer is NO
