Microsoft already has co-branded competitors to the iphone in Windows Mobile devices. Does the settlement require that the "yes" triggering Microsoft product be branded by Microsoft only and without branding from the hardware supplier?

Harveyb,

You mean like the Zune? ... I'd assume so as it states "Microsoft-branded" but this does leave a little to the imagination so your question is good, but I didn't make the Q, so I dunno, but a very good question Harveyb :-)
As for myself, I hate Microsoft with a passion, so I hope they make 500 more crummy music players, after all, they lose money on every Zune, so the more they make the merrier I'll be :-P

Yes, Microsoft brand only, not a co-branded palm or nokia or whatever device with Windows Mobile running on it.
