Good question, although I can't vote in this, I think that he will drop-out only if McCain offers him the VP job. McCain needs the Evangelical vote to win the election and Huckabee can hand him it.

After super tuesday there is no reason for Huckabee to stay in. In fact I would expect him to drop out tues night or wedesday.

This question is too broad. It doesn’t specify if Mike Huckabee will still be in the race as a presidential candidate or a Vice presidential nominee. What if he drops out as a presidential candidate and then gets nominated as Vice president. Technically he would have dropped out then re joined. The question doesn’t specify what race specifically.

I intended it to mean as a Presidential nominee.
Also, Romney just dropped out.

I think it is clear that the question refers to Presidential candidate. You don't formally select your vice presidential candidate until the convention so the Feb 9 date makes it clear that it refers to the presidential race

If he quits on Saturday, does that make this question a "Yes" (counting the time that day before he quit) or "No"??

If he quits on Saturday, he will still have been in the race on Saturday. "Yes" would win.

Whoa.

"Gov Huckabee is still in this race, and he is a viable candidate and I'm sure will continue to show strength and that's why we're moving forward with our campaigning," McCain said.
