What about a very small Tsunami? Seismic events in the ocean can produce waves of any size. You could have one that's only six feet high, or even one that is not noticed. This bet need more definition.

Well, if one isn't noticed, how can it be reported? I admit I wasn't specific in what type of tsunami, so whatever the NWS reports and records as a tsunami hitting ANY island of Hawaii during 2008.
