"The owner of a company that sold firearm merchandise to both the Virginia Tech University and Northern Illinois University shooters said he will sell his guns at cost for the next two weeks in hopes that "law-abiding" citizens will buy them to prevent similar tragedies.......Thompson owns TGSCOM Inc, a Green Bay, Wisconsin-based company that operates about 100 Web sites that sell firearms. Among them are www.topglock.com and www.thegunsource.com, two Web sites that the NIU and Virginia Tech gunmen used to buy firearm merchandise."

While Thompson's company owns about 100 websites selling firearms (according to this article) states that he "acknowledged that his guns could again be used in a crime," he seems to believe that selling guns at a bigger discount will "save lives."
So, by the end of July, will his marketing strategy work for him or will it create yet another tragedy? For settlement, I'm suggesting that there will be a link (as reported by any major news source) of either someone attempting/planning or successfully carrying out another campus (college, high school, any school) related shooting (with guns linked to this same company)?
And no...I absolutely hope this does not happen! Just thought it was very newsworthy and intriguing to see how this turns out...the owner of a store connected with 2 major tragedies is promoting a sale to "save lives."
Suspend date is July 7th.
