Will the official recorded temperature for Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada exceed 40C (104F) in July or August 2008?

Background:

The highest recorded temperature in history for Winnipeg is 42.2C (108F) on July 11th 1936. But with "global warming" anything is possible.

The temperature must be absolute temperature and does not include humidex or humidity readings which could push the temperature much higher.

Only official temperature reports will be used for verification.
