9/5 c + 32 = f

oh... dummy me! Thanks pics4d
I spaced on that.
was looking at a chart showing 0 celsius = 32, 50 Celsius= 122 BUT
using this converter,

http://www.wbuf.noaa.gov/tempfc.htm

it is now clear. makes alot more sense when looked at proper.
I also learn how to spell correct Celsius.
good Q, could go either way!
-5 in Norman Wells, NWT, Canada and 90 in Dallas, Texas would do it.

I could be wrong, but I believe the low in Norman Wells will be in the early morning hours on Monday the 25, as opposed to the overnight, late night hours of the 25th. After midnight on the 25th, technically it will be Tuesday, the 26th.

actually, it seems to be getting colder as the day goes on in norman wells...it's -19 celsius right now with a forecast low of -22 around 11am and again at 8 pm local...if dallas reaches 80 fahrenheit that'll be 27 celsius

dallas got to 29 celsius...so far the low in norman wells is -19...gunna be REAL close

hmm...i just realized celsius temps are really weird when comparing them like this...if you use -20 celsius in the equation, it'll make the fahrenheit -4, 30 C would equal 86 F so that's a difference of 50 C, but only 90 F which doesn't compute in the equation...10 C=50 F, 20 C=68 F would be 10 C and 18 F difference...so it's just 9/5 C difference = F difference...wow hubdub taught me something ;P

pics4d -- yeah, when converting temperature differences from one of these systems to the other, you only need to divide or multiply by (9/5) or 1.8. However, if you are interested in calculating a specific temperature the "32" must be used.

Whata were the final temperatures. The research I did said that the low was -21 and the high was 28--that sounds like only 49 difference so the answer should have been NO. i would appreciate some clarification.
