Bar rendering error

I'm not sure if this has been reported already, but there's bug in rendering of the bars which represent the current percentages for each choice. When it goes from 29% to 30% it switches rendering of the numerals from the right side to the left side. This results in a huge shift of the bar size, so that 30% looks about twice as large as 29%.

This effect can currently be observed here: http://www.hubdub.com/m15450/What_will_be_the_next_US_launch_vehicle_to_send_humans_into_orbit

I've observed this effect on Windows using Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Google Chrome.

It is supposed to switch simply because there isn't enough space to hold the number inside the bar below 30%. It shouldn't be twice as large though, it seems to render fins across browsers for me. Anyone else with this problem?

I dont see anythign wrong with it. It just switched sides! No where near double!

The only thing that happened is the percent switched sides. It doesn't have enough room when it is less than 30% so it might look a little bigger but it is completely normal.

It doesnt even look a little bigger it still looks normal!
