Chasing indices....

Im new (in my second hubdub week)

Loving the indices "in running" questions but am not an expert in the markets by any means...

any rules of thumb to note?

Some times im sure the nasdaq (for example) will hold its postion from the point of suspention to when the market closes, but, at the last minuite the market dips (due to traders "cashing in" i presume)... the hubdub odds normally predict this so i must be missing somthing...

I understand that this is normally due to external factors like company profit announcements ect but can only seem to find reaction rather than prediction on the net.

Would anyone point me in the direction of any helpfull resources?

my research has taught me alot about investing in stocks but not the behavours of the indices and as i have not much money but a lot of time to spend on hubdub I am more concerened in the latter

I dont know much but find this the most exciting part of hubdub and am keen to learn more. A site discribing the days upcommming annoucments would be perfect for example..

And do you guys bet more for cashing in or for settlements?

Any replys would be very much appreciated...

big ups - - hubdub is smashing it!
