Gains/losses

Im having trouble understanding when bets gain or lose value. Can some one explain this please..

I would like an answer aswell. Why am I gaining and losing money before a bet has expired?

its the way HD is set up. lets say i bet $100 on who will win..pirates vs cubs? i took the pirates. if i win i get $150. if people agree with me and bet on the pirates my net value goes up...ie the cashin value of my bet raised. you have to look at your cashin value and you'll see where your losing or gaining money before a bet settles.

heres an example from my wagers. question - Will Bruce Willis announce he's gonna be a daddy again In 2009?


you staked If right, you get Currently worth (that use to be cashin value)
yes - Bruce is daddy again $50 $147 $17

so other people are betting NO so it lowers my orginal $50 i bet. so i've lost $33 of my networth without the question settling. so look at your Currently worth to see where your losses or gains are coming from.
