How to use the Hubdub forum

This forum is a place for Hubdub members to discuss and share advice on playing Hubdub. Although superusers and admins do check the forums, we cannot guarantee that your question will be answered with an 'official' response. If you feel that you need to talk directly to an admin, you should use the 'Contact Us' form (which can be found in our Help section).

1. Read up before you post - there is a good chance that your query has already been answered somewhere on this site. Check our Rules, Frequently Asked Questions, and the topics at the head of each forum, before you post.

2. Be nice. Any offensive comments will be deleted. Users posting such comments will be given a warning and their usage of the site will be monitored. Should they continue to post offensive or unacceptable comments, they will be banned from using the site.

3. Hubdub staff and superusers monitor this forum regularly. However, we cannot guarantee that your query will receive a timely response. Nor can we guarantee that the advice you receive here will not ultimately be ruled incorrect, lead to the voiding of a question, or loss of Hubdollars.

4. All posts must be in English.

5. Make sure you post your query under the most appropriate topic. If you have mis-posted your query we reserve the right to move or delete your post. You will be notified if this occurs.

6. No spamming. Those found to be spamming this site will have their accounts immediately deactivated.

7. Use descriptive headings. Do not use all caps just to draw attention to your post. An example of a bad forum topic is 'HELP ME'. A good forum topic would be 'Why can't I cash in my prediction?'

8. Thank those who help you on this forum.

When we create a question and people get them wrong do we get the money of the incorrect guesses

No - the question maker isn't like a bookmaker ;-)

All the money that is won or lost comes from a central 'bank' - the winnings and losings of individuals does not affect other individuals (although the placements of predictions can affect the value of other people's predictions)

so we don't get money if people are wrong..so sad *_*

Can we post pic answers to questions on these forums ?

I want to use windows for hubdub because I can get all the photos (plugins) but my new computer is set up with firefox and I cannot seem to get hubdub in windows on my desktop ... any suggestions? I go to vista and access hubdub but cannot override firefox hubdub...

never mind..I see I have to access windows first from the start menu
