Not receiving "Oh No" and "Well Done" emails anymore

for some reason I have stopped receiving update emails on my predictions. I have to log on to Hubdub to find out if my predictions came true or not. I have checked my account settings and my email address is correct. I still receive friend invite emails through Hubdub and I still receive challenge emails also... just no updates on my predictions anymore.

I have also checked my junk email folder - not there.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance for your help.

Your settings are indeed fine. Probably the win/lose messages are being classified as spam. Please check your spam folder (if you have one). If they are not there then it is likely that your email provider is classifying them as obvious spam and declining to recieve them at all. The only solution I can really offer if this is the case is to switch to a different email provider
