Allow questions to be linked together in series.
For example a question about a particular sports team in a playoff game. The questions could be linked together, and only the users that answer the question correctly get to move on to the next question in the series. Moving through the set of question should give the bidder a 'multiplier' as they move along the set of question. Only the bidders that make it to the end can claim winnings.
