Restarting instead of Voiding
There are new cases with very late voids due to starting odds (one after 9 days with a settlement request).
My suggestion: Let the Cat. Eds. change the starting odds and restart the questions in the first 6/24/48 hours. This means voiding&restarting the changed (starting odds) question in one step maybe improved by programming. Afterwards the starting odds should no longer be a valid rason for voiding.
The alterntive of pre approved questions would add a heavy workload on Cat Eds and would slow down question creation - IMO this is no alternative.
We still need an "Appeals Board" to argue and solve difficult cases.

I don't think I've ever seen a void after 9 days. Naturally, there is only one cat. ed. who would do that.
