Suggest a Buddy system particularly for new members

in the creation of questions.. have people put their name on a list if they are willing to act as buddies to others to help them review their questions before submissions..
It can work two ways (doesnt have to be a new person). I sure would like to have a Buddy willing to look at my questions pre-submission..
to get out the bugs, and /or say No good.

i like that idea bigken :-) it may be a little tricky to implement officially, but i think if fthe community wants to band together and organise some kind of system that would be terrific.
can i also remind that cat eds are (usually!) friendly and more than happy to go through question ideas with people, and there is this forum for nutting out ideas with hubdubbers before publising.
