Wagers Lost Due to Hubdub Site Outage

What recourse do HD users have when HUBDUB goes offline and becomes inaccessible for hours at a time making it impossible for users to cash-in wagers resulting in $30,000 + in losses?

I had wagers on all of the time sensitive questions below and due to a multi hour site outage yesterday, I was unable to cash-in as the markets were turning negative.

Is there any recourse available to users in this situation?

this is a long standing problem that, in my estimation, has never even been considered by hubdub. a shame

lola - unfortunately theres nothing you can do. its covered in the rules.

2.2.2 Site outages
The website may, at any time, be temporarily unavailable for unscheduled technical reasons.
In these circumstances, Hubdub will make best efforts to re-instate the site, however any losses suffered by users will not be re-credited.

I have no money or losses due to this but I believe it is unfair and should be reconsidered

LOLA d/d coolcraft you have all forgotten one very mute point yesterday we had one here i was not able to get on . if a server is down there is nothing that you can do.

You all have my sympathy. I could not log on for 3 days (it was my fault not hubdubs), Saturday, Sunday and Monday. I had no idea there was a server down at the same time. Of course, I think the world revolves around me. I jokingly was going to ask for my $60 log in money for the 3 days I could not log on. It's PLAY money. I'm just very pleased to be back on, and appreciate the trouble the techs, etc went to for me.
