A few matchups that looked good to me:
NCAAF - Missouri @ Texas; Kansas @ Oklahoma; Ohio State @ Michigan State.
NFL - New Orleans @ Carolina; Indianapolis @ Green Bay; Denver @ New England?

And Go Noles! :)

New Orleans and Carolina looks good to me as well. Carolina's ability to stop the run this year has been a big suprise to me. As for New Orleans, with Tom Brady out and Payton Manning iffy, one would have to think that Drew Brees is now the best quarterback in the NFL...he has the stats to back it up, in all but one game this here he has thrown 300 yards. Personally i like the Saints.

On a totally different note - the following came up on a recent flag and comments on a sports related question. I thought this would be a good place to revisit this...
Often, users have difficulty figuring out the starting percentages and how to make this consistent with "professional oddsmakers."
Here is a link with a good explanation. I hope this helps...

I understand people not understand what to base there starting percentages on. What i found to be the most easy way to do percentages is just to go off the teams winning percentage, which can be found in any newspaper or any website. If a team such as the RedSox have a winning percentage of .637 and there playing i team like the Royals whos winning percentage is .375, i personally would start the odds at 60 40 for the RedSox. I know its not always gonna be that simple but you can round up or down depending on the winning percentage and come up with somthing so it comes out to an even 100. Sitting there doing math especially for ppl that make more then 1 question a day is too time consuming. I know i wouldnt wanna sit there and do math on top of everything else. Your percentages will be just as accurate going off winning percentage as they would doing it the "VEGAS" way. Which makes no sense to me either cause a few months back when the whole "too many sports questions" issue came about, someone stated and i wish i had the comment said that "THIS ISNT A GAMBLING SITE". So based on that too me i see no reason in doing all the math to do it the "VEGAS" way. IMO.

THE CORNER HERES TATER'S PICKS AND YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST........

I figure Boston, Detroit and Orlando to once again take their Divisions, with Cleveland rounding out the top four, Philly and Toronto to fight for five and six, with Washington and a surprise team (New Jersey, Miami, Chicago or Milwaukee) to take Atlanta's place at eight.

Out West I'll take the Lakers, Hornets and Jazz to win their Divisions, with San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Portland and Phoenix rounding out the top eight.

Count on another Boston - L.A. Finals with Boston taking a second crown in a much more competitive series.

Too safe? Well, a dark horse Finals might be Detroit and Utah going seven with Jerry Sloan nabbing his first NBA title in his 20th year as the Jazz head coach.
