do people fall of the earth,missing ?

this is intended to solve ,missing persons,a link to help families.who can not find out what has happened to them.a forum,to get people together.to release their stress,to get together,work together !and to get closure.to come together as one.i think,it would be great ! but can you have a site as such.i don't know,i'm new !can i get help on ,this one !
