When will Light, Sweet Crude reach $150 per barrel?

Settled as Sometime on or after August 14, 2008

It's bound to happen, it's a question of when.

I stacked the odds heavier towards mid to late July since the price of oil has steadily increased this year and typically peaks near the end of each month.

As with my previous questions my intent is that the price for a barrel of oil must simply cross $150.00/barrel, not close at $150.00/barrel

I forgot to add this, but as with my previous questions my intent is that the price for a barrel of oil must simply cross $150.00/barrel, not close at $150.00/barrel.

Can you edit the question so that one choice is that it does not reach $150 by August 21? (We can only hope that would be the case.)

@sclossick =- the last option is that it hasn't hit 150 by August 14 at which point we can settle the question.
