How much will "Hellboy 2" earn in its opening weekend? (July 11th, 12th & 13th)

Settled as $30.1 million to $35 million

This question asks, how much do you think the newest summer hit "Hellboy 2: The Golden Army" will earn in its first three days of release at the North American Box Office (July 11th, 12th and 13th, 2008)? Predictions settle as such: If for example it earns $35.099 million, then the "$30.1 to $35 million" WILL WIN, not the "$35.1 million or More...". It must at least reach $35.1 million even, in order for "$35.1 million or More..." prediction to win. Reason for the starting percentages: HSX and some other sources, are collectively predicting in the range of $31.6 - $35.4 million for Fri, Sat, and Sun as of 07/07/08. IF this film opens early or has previews, ONLY the Fri-Sat-Sun totals will be used to settle this question.

Anyone that's been on this site for a while knows that I have an inside track when it comes to movie information... Heads up on this one... as of 7:15pm this evening exactly ZERO tickets have been sold for the 12:00am first showing for Hellboy 2 this evening at one of the largest theaters in Houston! So.... my prediction is that this may not be a massive blockbuster, anyway.... fyi...V&H

WOW ... This is gonna be a CLOSE one people!!!

The estimates for the weekend show it at $35.884 million, but when final numbers come out tomorrow, it could be as low as around $33.5 million or as high as $37 million ... So we'll wait and see when Final Numbers come out tomorrow afternoon/evening, and then the Q will be settled, MAN this is close :-D
