Who will win Louisiana in the 2008 Presidential Election?

Settled as McCain

Background: To win the election most experts contend McCain must run far, far away from President Bush. Louisiana doesn't make it easy though. The mismanagement of New Orleans during Katrina by Bush and much of the federal government goes to weariness of GOP control.

At first some commentators saw Louisiana as a possible pick up for Obama, but Obama as of yet hasn't been able to mobilize the black vote to such large numbers to turn the state into a battleground.
