Background:

Bond producers have gone through a list of today's pop stars in hope of finding one capable of pulling off the opening credits tune. From Amy Winehouse to Beyonce to Leona Lewis, the search has continued into July.

Alicia Keys is the latest in a long line of artists who may get a crack at singing the title song for the next James Bond film.
