Will the Eclipse be Visible in Novosibirsk on Aug 1, 2008?

Background:

On August 1st, 2008, much of Asia will see a total solar eclipse, or some of it. Along the line of totality is much empty land, and even when there is civilisation, the chance of precipitation is often quite high (90% near the northernmost points).
One of the main tourist spots for viewing is Novosibirsk, Russia. According to climate data, there's about a 30% chance of precipitation.

I for one will be there, hoping for no clouds. What say you - will we see it?
