Why suspend the question and tie up our money for TWO MONTHS?? I believe there is a new hubdub rule that does not allow suspending a question more than a week before the event. Am I right?

This question should be adjusted for reasonable suspension date.

I flagged this question for those reasons. I left the question unsuspended until category editor could review it.
