Will semtex stolen in France be found or returned by Aug. 20?
It turns out that due to bureaucratic failings the explosives were not even supposed to be at the facility until 2009. A French officials exact words were "A theft of explosives used by bomb-disposal experts to destroy munitions retrieved from former battlefields has taken place on a site adjacent to the supply depot ...,"
Currently detectives and Frances anti-terror squad are investigating the theft.
