Background:
Sorry to be late posting this...just got behind, but we still have some time before the announcement, so ya can get your guesses in.
Drops in oil prices this week helped the stock market, but will the refineries pass the savings on to us as quickly as they pass on the increases...I think not! But we may see some slight decline announced on Monday.
Last week we saw a very slight drop from $4.165 to $4.164...the previous week we were looking at $4.144 . . . so it should fall in one of the two middle ranges, but the other options are there just in case.

We're using the "gasoline-all grades" data for this question.
