This market should actually be titled "Will Miley Cyrus's new album debut at #1".. the Rock and Roll part is really just to get your attention. I'm conflicted in that I think the question is pretty funny as it stands, but we want to make clear easily understood markets too.. I will flag to Tisha and let her decide.

skins...i'm not after this markets' creator. Not at all. My beef is with the inconsitancy of Hubdub
Rules are constantly changing. I was asked to rephrase my market when it was voided...I refused
Simply because I thought their "rule" was ridiculous. I love this market.

@Erik - It seems you would be much more happy, the rules are being clarified in a way in which future questions will be accepted, and Hubdub a more enjoyable environment. By seeming to keep trying to show inconsistencies you seem to be doing nothing more than being a poor sport. What you wanted was for questions to be more enjoyable and now they are. We have learned from past markets and as rules continue to evolve we can all take joy in the learning experiences.
This reminds me of a story a friend of mine told me, he retired and decided to drive an ice cream truck. He was out driving his route and a gentlemen stopped him and asked if he would come down his street, the ice cream guy was delighted to expand his base, so gladly agreed. Each day he went two blocks out of his way to make sure to visit the street as promised, we each day the gentleman came out and bought an ice cream cone, they would spend a moment talking and all they ever talked about was how the old ice cream people never came down his street. Day after day, week after week, and month after month this new ice cream driver drove down that block and each day the gentleman came out bought an item and spent 5 minutes complaining about how it use to be. Finally the driver couldn't bear to hear about how bad things use to be, so he too quit going down that street, figuring he would rather not sell that one item, if it was going to cause him to be reminded of all the negative things in the past.
Maybe if the gentleman spent a minute discussing how great things are now he would still be eating goodies from the ice cream truck.

@destry..i see you like calling people out and say because they point out problems their hurting the site. imho its just the opposite. if problems are brought to the attention of the admins, then they can be worked on. so HD's should just accept things and not raise concerns? maybe it was ok when you was doing it? i recall shortly after joining some HD's telling you to be quite (the polite version) all you was doing was nik-picing and being negative. from personal experience i know you have been negative. my soultion for you (since you think i should give one) look in the mirror before saying people are hurting the site when pointing out problems. have a nice day :O)

Seems like both of you (erik and destry) want the same thing - for hubdub to make improvements where appropriate and for this to be a good experience for all.
