The German car parts and tires manufactor "Continental AG" received an attack of the company "Schaeffler Group" which want to get the majority of Conti Shares.
The Schaeffler Group current has 36% of Conti shares. There was also an obligatory bid for Conti which was rejected by the board of directors of Conti. But in last instance the shareholders have to decide either they want to sell or hold der stocks.
I set the suspend date far away but I expect and decicion either Continental get overtake or Schaeffler drop his bid fast then end 2009.

rooooo: Unfortunately this one has to be voided: Despite the two parties having come to a peacefull agreement, so that Schaeffler can finally overtake Conti, it restricts Schaeffler to only 49,9% in Shares up till 2013.
Will Schaeffler get the majority?
A) Yes, according to the agreement in 2013.
B) No, if one chooses to understand the suspend date of this question as the deadline (not sufficiently specified by the author).
