Will Brett Favre play for any of these teams this year?
Traded to the Jets.
I think it's safe to settle this at this point. He shows up on the roster, he attended the exhibition game and is scheduled to practice.

Doesn't seem to make sense to leave this suspended for 3 weeks when the season begins, as this appears to finally be a done deal!

Packers are shopping Brett around, trying to determine his value and the interest levels of other teams in the league. Ravens have supposedly said they weren't interested. But the Milwaukee Sentinel reports that the Packers have contacted several other teams, including the Bears, Bills, Bucs, Chiefs, Dolphins, Falcons, Jets, Lions, Panthers, Redskins, and Vikings. Will he play for one of these 11 teams, someone else, the Packers, or not at all. He must be signed and in camp by the first game of the season to count as playing. He can not join a team during the season for this question.
