For the 10s digit type questions, I think 30 minutes should be the norm.

Perhaps 15 minutes with the DOW and 30 with NASDAQ?

Agree with cognos...maybe more so on this question than the DJIA one because movement is not as great...changes of more than a couple of digits in the last 30 minutes or less aren't that common, whereas because of the greater value of the Dow, larger shifts in the tens digits occur quite often in the last minutes of the day.
