Good point. If Hubdub agress, I would say that if Manny cuts his hair it would be at the behest of of LA management (he didn't seem inclined to cut his hair while with Boston), which includes Torre.

As the question is asking if Joe Torre will force Manny to cut his hair, then settlement should depend on a news story which clearly states that Manny cut his hair as a result of pressure from Torre.

"Will Manny Ramirez cut his hair now that he left Boston" would be a completely different question. I read this as Manny cutting his hair, not because he wanted to but rather because management forced him to.

@Erik - unless the question creator states otherwise, these types of questions are typically settled if the outcome has not occurred by the suspend time. If rootehound wants to change the settlement time, then I'd suggest leaving the question open. I will send the creator an email requesting clarification.

If the creator clarifies this question for a date beyond Sunday the question becomes unfair to those who predicted NO.

Suspend date: Tonight 3:59am EDT (3 hours to go) its 12:30 pm. i just wagered heavy on no from comments from mrperfkt saying suspend time is settle time. so at 4am manny ain't got his hair cut and i'm asleep..i request a settlement :O)
