Will the House issue a contempt citation for Karl Rove's non-appearance before October?.

Before they went on recess a court handed down a ruling saying in effect Congress has the right to call current and former administration officials to testify before committees, and those officials must appear. Karl Rove was called to testify and did not show up as W cited executive privilege.
So the question is as stated. Will the democrats exercise their right to oversight in this election year? If a contempt citation is issued during the month of September, ending 11:59 PM EDT Sept 30th, 2008, question should be settled as Yes. Any other outcome, such as another invitation to appear in front of a committee in lieu of a contempt citation will be settled as No.
