Fresno State brings back 17 starters from an impressive 2007 team. Their offense is loaded but there are some question marks on defense. Playing in Fresno is almost like a death sentence for BCS teams.

Wisconsin brings back a very good team that finished towards the top of the Big Ten in 2007. They are ranked in the top 15 in most pre-season polls.
