Background: John Gotti, son of the late mafia boss, is going on trial with the fbi for being connected to 3 murders. Hes been on trial before and the question is, will he be forced to do time this time or will he, for the fourth time, be aquitted. I guess that this will be a final crushing blow to his end of the mafia. After all hes been convicted over and over again, they must see that hes clearly guilty. If that 3 strikes and your out law was posted hed be in jail right now.
