John A. Junior Gotti is going up to trial again. Will he be forced to do time in prison?
Background: John Gotti, son of the late mafia boss, is going on trial with the fbi for being connected to 3 murders. Hes been on trial before and the question is, will he be forced to do time this time or will he, for the fourth time, be aquitted. In order for it to be a yes, he must be sentenced to more than a months jail time and stay in for at least a month.
