Will the British Isles experience a magnitude 4+ earthquake by the end of 2008?

Current forecast: 11% chance 7%
Combining all predictions, the current forecast is that this is 11% likely to happen (down 7% in last 1 day)

Earthquakes of magnitude 4 or more are said to hit the mainland UK roughly once every 2 years. But in April 2007, a tremor measuring 4.3 on the Richter scale was felt in Kent, while in February this year, a 5.3-magnitude quake rocked Lincolnshire and was felt across much of the country. Is Britain set for another Big One this year?

Settlement details: Confirmation of the quake and its magnitude by the British Geological Survey.
