In this particular case there's actually two reasons because I first clarified the market, and then suspended so I could await coolkraft's clarification. But the reason why often you'll see two reasons on markets where superusers have played a role is because, they first flag the market so an Admin can look at it and then suspend the market so while we wait for a admin clarification no one predicts on the market. The same reason is given due to the fact that both the flag and the suspend are happening for the same reason.
