Settled as two

Bush mixed it up Sunday, watching American swimmer Michael Phelps win his first gold medal in the morning and the U.S. basketball team defeat China in the evening.

...This followed a surprise visit Saturday to a beach volleyball event in which he practiced with the bikini-clad athletes

The president then visited with men's players Phil Dalhausser, Todd Rogers, Sean Rosenthal and Jake Gibb and some of the Brazilian players before heading to watch the U.S. women's softball team practice

While he attended softball, basketball, swimming, and volleyball, the only reports found of him PARTICIPATING in are the two mentioned in the question's background (volleyball and mountain biking).

Background:

On August 9, President Bush toured some of the Olympics venues in Beijing. In the morning, he mountain biked on the Olympic course (1). During his visit with US beach volleyball players, he practiced his passes with Misty May-Treanor (2). He also visited with the basketball and softball teams, but it does not appear that he practiced with them.

He is still scheduled to attend basketball and swimming competitions. Other possible sports are athletics (walking) and boxing.

Bush's visit runs through August 12. A list of sports is on the left side of http://www.nbcolympics.com/index.html
